2. Are your paintings all hand made
Answer: Yes, our paintings are 100% hand made on canvas by skilled painters, no computers and other machines are used

3. How to place an order of your oil paintings?
Answer: If your order are chosen from our website, please let us know your name, contact information as well as the sizes and quantities of the paintings from our email, tel, fax or online service. We will start the production for you once receiving your deposit. When we finish the paintings we will email you the digital pictures of finished paintings for your reference. We will do delivery asap after you confirm the oil paintings.

4. How long will it take to finish the order?
Answer: It will take about 2-6weeks after confirming the order and receiving the deposit. FYI, usually one 20ft container we can load about 1500-1800pcs mixed sizes oil paintings, and 3000-3500pcs mixed sizes oil painting for the 40ft container which we take us about 45days to finish.

5. What sizes of painting are you offer?
Answer: Our general sizes are 40x40, 50x50, 60x60, 70x70, 80x80, 90x90, 30x90, 30x120, 40x60, 40x80, 40x120, 50x60, 60x90, 90x120; also other sizes as 20x30, 40x90, 120x180 (unit is cm); however, we can do the sizes according to customers?special requirement.

6. What is your minimum order quantity?
Answer: We provide our products to customers directly, so there is no minimum order quantity, you can choose your favorite ones to place the order. However, for the frame oil painting products we will calculate the costs and work out the minimum order quantity, you can assure that you will enjoy competitive price here.

7. Can I order oil paintings which are not showed in your online catalogues?
Answer: Sure, just email us the pictures or tell us the name of the painting, then we will do at your request.

8. What is your return policy?
Answer: We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with our products, we accept money back requirement within 2 weeks after discussing with you. You will receive a refund of your ordered oil paintings.

9. How to do with the spoilage goods?
Answer: If your purchasing goods arrived in spoilage, please e-mail us immediately and do not accept them, we will be responsible for looking into the matter and give you a satisfactory reply. When we finish the work you ordered, we will email you the digital pictures for your confirmation, if you still have some dissatisfaction with them, we can work again following your requirements. When you receive the products you find the paintings we offered is totally differ from your requirements, we can revise for you until you are satisfied, but the freight is charged on you.
